Rural community evening

2.1 Ticket Types & Prices

• All ticket holders will be issued a wristband upon entry. Wristbands must be worn at all times to access the designated areas and facilities.
  • Access to the Steam and Sauna facilities is included for ticket holders and is subject to availability.
  • Food service is available to ticket holders while supplies last.
• Bulk Farm Tickets (for registered businesses) are priced according to the number in the group 
  
  • 1–10 persons: $10.00 pp + GST
  • 11–20 persons: $9.00 pp + GST
  • 21–30 persons: $8.00 pp + GST
  • 31+ persons: $7.00 pp + GST 
    • Bulk Farm Tickets cover entry for both Adults and Children (under 5's receive free entry)
• Individual Tickets:
  • Adult (16+): $20 
  • Child (5–15): $11.50
  • Under 5: Free 
    • Individual tickets include GST
• Persons holding an Annual Swim Pass may attend under their usual pass (no separate ticket purchase required) for the event.

2.2 Eligibility for Bulk Tickets

• Bulk Farm Tickets are only available to registered businesses.
• To request a bulk invoice, the farm or business must complete the Rural Invoice Form providing contact and address details. 

2.3 Ticket Purchase & Invoice Requests

• Individual tickets may be purchased online via the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa website.
• Bulk tickets can be requested by submitting the invoice form; the invoice will specify amounts and payment terms.
• All purchases are subject to availability.

2.4 No Further Discounts

• No further discounts or promotions may be applied to the event ticket pricing beyond what is stated
• Bulk discounts apply per individual transaction and cannot be combined or accumulated across multiple purchases.

3.1 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full by 5/11/2025 (the day prior to the event).
• Prices are exclusive of GST where indicated; applicable GST will be added.

3.2 Failure to Pay

• If the invoice is not settled by the due date, tickets will not be released, and group allocation will be forfeited.
• Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals whose tickets have not been validly paid for.

4.1 Valid Ticket Required

• All attendees must present a valid ticket (or proof of Annual Swim Pass) upon entry.
• Standard entry tickets will be available to purchase over the counter if required.

4.2 Event Hours & Access

• The event runs from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Entry and exit may only occur during these times unless otherwise permitted.
• Access is only to the permitted pool & slide facilities as arranged for the event.

4.3 Conduct & Liability

• Attendees must comply with all pool rules, health and safety instructions, lifeguard instructions, and any other rules of the facility.
• The Organiser takes no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or personal injury except to the extent mandated by law.
• Attendees participate at their own risk in all activities associated with the pools, slides, and facilities.

4.4 Cancellations, Postponement & Weather

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event (or part thereof) for any reason (including adverse weather, safety concerns, etc.).
• In the event of cancellation, the Organiser may offer a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date at its discretion.
• No refunds or compensation will be offered for voluntary non-attendance (unless the event is cancelled by the Organiser).
• If the event is partially affected (e.g. slides closed), no full refunds will necessarily be available, but the Organiser may, at its discretion, offer partial refunds or credits.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of Organiser cancellation.

• Personal information collected during ticket purchase or invoicing will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
• Attendees consent to their information being used to process the ticketing, send event updates, and for marketing purposes (unless opted out).
• Photographs or video may be taken during the Event. By entering the Event, attendees consent to their likeness being used in marketing, promotional, or social media materials by the Organiser.

• All branding, logos, photographs, artwork, and promotional materials related to the Event are the property of the Organiser or its licensors.
• Attendees may not use such materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.

• The Organiser will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (weather, governmental restrictions, etc.).

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be published on the event website in sufficient time.
• Notices to attendees (e.g. changes, cancellation) may be made via email or posted on the event website
