We've added a brand new Cold Plunge Pool, updated our Sulphur Pools, and have installed new access steps to improve safety for everyone.
Whether you're into contrast therapy or you've been curious to try alternating between hot and cold water, this is a game changer. Expect improved circulation, reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery, and genuine stress reduction. Many people also experience increased energy, alertness, and an elevated mood. It's wellness you can actually feel working.

Other Pool Maintenance
We're also giving several of our pools some routine care to keep the water quality at its best. Here's when each pool will be taking a quick break:
December
Cascade Pool – Wednesday, 10 December
Men's Hex Pool Changing Rooms – Wednesday, 10 December
Active Pool – Wednesday, 17 December
All other pools will be open as usual on these days, so you'll still have plenty of options to soak and relax.
Summer & Christmas Opening Hours
As of 1 December, the pools summer opening hours are 10:00am - 9:00pm.
The Tea Kiosk is open 10:00am - 7:00pm throughout summer.
We will be closing at 6:00pm on 24 December.
