We've added a brand new Cold Plunge Pool, updated our Sulphur Pools, and have installed new access steps to improve safety for everyone.

Whether you're into contrast therapy or you've been curious to try alternating between hot and cold water, this is a game changer. Expect improved circulation, reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery, and genuine stress reduction. Many people also experience increased energy, alertness, and an elevated mood. It's wellness you can actually feel working.

Summer Opening Hours

As of 1 December, the pools summer opening hours are 10:00am - 9:00pm.
The Tea Kiosk is open 10:00am - 7:00pm throughout summer.
