  Promotional Period

  • The promotion runs from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026
  • Entry tickets must be redeemed within the Promotional Period to be eligible for all-day unlimited re-entry.
  • All-day unlimited entry is valid only on the date of original entry. It is not transferable to any other day.

  Eligible Tickets

  This promotion applies to all standard HSTPS entry ticket types, including but not limited to:

  • Adult admission tickets
  • Child admission tickets
  • Senior admission tickets
  • Family passes
  • Any other pool entry ticket available at the HSTPS admissions counter

  The following are excluded from this promotion:

  • Spa treatment packages
  • Private pool bookings

  Tickets are sold at standard admission prices. No additional charge applies for the all-day unlimited re-entry benefit during the Promotional Period.

  How to Redeem

  • This promotion is redeemed in person at the HSTPS admissions counter on the day of visit.
  • Upon purchasing and first presenting an eligible entry ticket during the Promotional Period, the ticket holder will be issued a wristband.
  • The wristband must be worn visibly at all times while on the HSTPS premises and must be presented upon each re-entry.
  • The wristband permits the holder to leave and re-enter the facility an unlimited number of times on the same calendar day as original entry.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable. Any wristband presented by a person other than the original ticket holder will be void and entry will be refused.
  • Lost, damaged, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced without proof of original purchase. HSTPS reserves the right to refuse re-entry where a wristband cannot be verified.
  • Wristbands are valid until the facility closes on the day of issue. Entry will not be permitted after the facility's published closing time.

  Right of Entry and Conduct

  • HSTPS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises at any time, including wristband holders. HSTPS general terms of trade apply.

  General Terms

  • This promotion is subject to HSTPS's standard Terms of Trade, which apply in full and are available on the HSTPS website - Terms of Trade. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the standard Terms of Trade, the standard Terms of Trade will prevail.
  • The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, voucher, or promotion unless explicitly stated by HSTPS.
  • HSTPS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not affect the rights of guests who have already purchased a ticket in reliance on these terms.
  • HSTPS's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.

  • The MIDWEEK promotional code provides 50% off single-entry Online Saver Passes when tickets are pre-purchased online.
  • The promotional code is valid for use from 16 March 2026 until 11:59pm on 31 March 2026.
  • The promotion is valid only for visits during May and June 2026.
  • Discounted tickets are available only for the following days of the week:
    • Tuesday
    • Wednesday
    • Thursday
  • Tickets must be purchased online in advance via our website.
  • The MIDWEEK code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount.
  • The promotion applies to single-entry Online Saver Passes only and does not apply to other ticket types, products, experiences, or retail purchases.
  • Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out for selected dates.
  • Online Saver Pass conditions apply, including arrival time requirements where applicable.
  • The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, concession, or offer.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.

  • This promotion entitles the purchaser to one complimentary Adult or Senior standard entry when a qualifying paid Adult or Senior entry is purchased. A minimum of 2 guests is required per transaction.

  Valid Entry Dates

  • The offer is valid for entry on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026 only.

  How to Redeem

  • Online: Apply promo code MOTHERSDAY2for1 at checkout when purchasing a minimum of two Online Saver Passes. The discount will be applied once the promotion code is entered.
  • Over the Counter: Available as a Flexi Pass for immediate entry after purchase on 9 and 10 May 2026. No promo code is required — simply request the Mother's Day offer at the ticket counter on the day.

  Valid Pass Types

  • Online bookings: Online Saver Pass only.
  • Counter purchases: Flexi Pass only (same-day entry, 9–10 May 2026).

  Eligible Tickets

  • This offer applies to Adult and Senior standard entry tickets only. It does not apply to child, family, or any other entry type, spa treatments, private pool bookings, or any other product or service.

  Sale Period

  • The promo code is available for online purchase from 30 March 2026 and closes Saturday 9 May 2026. Online saver tickets must be purchased before 10pm the night before. Over-the-counter redemptions are available on 9 and 10 May 2026 only.
