Gift Vouchers Terms of Trade
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers will not be redeemable after this time. Extensions may be given on Gift Vouchers and Open Dated Travel Packages expiry dates due to genuine or unforeseen circumstances only. This is at the discretion of Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa. If an extension is given, the purchaser will be required to pay any increase in voucher price or package costs arising from the extension.
- The issued gift voucher entitles the bearer to products/services as specified. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Gift Vouchers must be presented to redeem entry or offer.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings must be made 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.
- Cancellations of confirmed Spa bookings must be made 4 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.
- If a Spa booking cancelation is made with less than four hours prior notice, or where you fail to arrive for your appointment, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
- Spa Treatment Vouchers receive no discount on initial purchase or on redemption.
- Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa is open daily (except Christmas Day).
- Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa does not provide refunds in the event of adverse weather or power cuts where the complex may be temporarily closed for safety reasons.
- To redeem your gift voucher online, enter your voucher number in the Redeem Voucher box.
- Bookings are essential at The Spa and can be made online or by phoning 0800 U RELAX.
