Group and School Bookings

Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools is the perfect destination for school camps or group trips. 

What we offer

Our heated changing room area next to the activity pool is the perfect place for your group to base themselves with plenty of space to change. Nearby the two activity pools offer waterfalls, a cave, spouts and a lazy river for your group to burn off steam. The waterslides are included at no extra cost (children must be over 5 years old to ride on them).  

We offer a range of thermal pools varying in different temperatures, as well as an onsite Tea Kiosk Cafe & Grill which offers a full menu and hot and cold beverages. We also have plenty of large grassed picnic areas that are the perfect place for your group to enjoy packed lunches or snacks.

Booking and Cancellation Policy for all activities booked through Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa:

Please note all bookings must be confirmed a minimum of 5 working days from the date of activity, and final numbers of persons attending must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the booking.

Group Booking Information

Group bookings are available for groups of 10 or more people anytime of the year. 

School Booking Information

Please note these are for New Zealand School groups inside term time only.
