The Spa Term's and Conditions
- Bookings made via phone or email for The Spa require credit card/debit card or gift voucher details (including the name on the card, expiry date and CVC) to secure your booking. We do not advise sending the card details via email please call these through.
- All Spa bookings require a contact phone number (preferably cell phone) and email address
- Cancelations of confirmed bookings must be made 4 hours prior to arrival
- If a cancelation is made with less than four hours prior notice, or where you fail to arrive for your appointment, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your credit card/debit card or gift voucher
- Treatment Vouchers receive no discount on initial purchase or on redemption.
- All Spa customers must be 16 years and over to receive treatments.
- Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa is open daily (except Christmas Day).
- To redeem your gift voucher online, enter your voucher number in the Redeem Voucher box.
- Bookings are essential at The Spa and can be made online or by phoning 0800 U RELAX.
