Terms and Conditions
• Annual Swim Pass is valid 12 months from date of purchase.
• Annual Swim Pass is for the use of the family or person named on the card only and is non-transferable.
• A Family Pass: A family consists of two adults and up to four dependent children 5 -15 years and under, living at the same address. Under 5's are FREE. A Couples Pass - up to 2 adults.
• For the card to be valid a current photograph of the individual family members or person named on the card will be taken and stored digitally by Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa.
• By providing us with your email you are agreeing to allow Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa to send you special offers and updates from time to time.
• Misuse of the Annual Swim Pass will result in card being revoked.
• Annual Swim Pass includes use of the outdoor complex including slides.
• Annual Swim pass does not include steam/sauna rooms or private pools.
