Sponsorship Requests

Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa receives numerous requests for donations for fundraising projects.  We support many of them, but unfortunately we cannot support all of them. Our criteria for the provision of sponsorship is:

For applicants from within the Hurunui District, criteria are:

• The applicant must be a non-profit organisation (exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for individuals).
• One application will be considered per organisation per year.
• Standard provision will be 1-2 mini group passes; exceptions may be made on occasion by the Marketing Manager or General Manager.

For applicants from outside the Hurunui District but in the South Island, criteria are:

• The applicant must be a school, community-based club (e.g. sports club) or charity.
• No individual applications will be accepted.
• One application will be considered per organisation per year.
• Standard provision will be 2 adult passes or 1 mini group pass; exceptions may be made on occasion by the Marketing Manager or General Manager.

Sponsorship Requests will be replied to within a week of your request, so if you haven't received a reply before then, we are working on getting back to you.
