This Summer we are bringing you the 'Slide Ahead Zone' where you can save time, buy online and slide ahead!
The Slide Ahead Zone opens at 9.15am each morning during our peak periods for pre-purchased ticket holders only. In this zone you can relax while you wait for the pools to open at 10am. Shade, seating and drinking water provided.
When the gates open, you'll be ready to dive right in with no queues! The Slide Ahead Zone entrance is located to the right hand side of the main entrance.

Terms and Conditions for the Slide Ahead Zone

Eligibility for Entry
Access to the Slide Ahead Zone is exclusive to customers with pre-purchased online entry tickets or current Annual Swim Passes. Please have your ticket or pass ready to scan upon arrival.

Entry Process
The Slide Ahead Zone opens at 9.15am, and pool gates will open at 10:00 am. Customers in this area will have streamlined entry into the pools upon opening.

Facilities and Services
The Slide Ahead Zone provides shade, seating and access to drinking water for your comfort while you wait.
- Please note: Shade and seating may be limited, depending on the numbers of people in the Slide Ahead Zone.
- Towels and swimwear are not available for hire or purchase in this area. These items can be purchased at the reception window once you enter the pools.

Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward others while using this space. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the area. No glass, alcohol, smoking or vaping will be allowed in the Slide Ahead Zone.

Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury occurring in the Slide Ahead Zone. Customers are encouraged to keep personal belongings secure at all times.
