Information and Pricing for Group Bookings
Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa are delighted to offer discounted entry for groups of TEN or more adults, children or seniors.
The pricing below is inclusive of the pools and waterslides and a map of the complex can be viewed on the following page. For the discount rate to apply payment for your group is to be made as one payment. ***Please note; any persons not entering with the group will be required to pay a full admission fee (currently $40.00) unless arranged prior with the cashier supervisors***
- Adults (16 years and over) $32.00
- Senior (60 years and over) $21.60
- Children (5 years to 15years) $18.40
- Adult return pass (same day) $8.00
- Senior return pass (same day) $5.00
- Child return pass (same day) $4.00
- Spectator $3.00
Key rules for group safety
We request your co-operation on maintaining the following rules that are set out for Health and Safety reasons.
- We ask that all customers do not put their heads under the water in the thermal pools.
- Accompanying caregivers are responsible for your group members and we recommend a ratio of one caregiver to six children
- The Thermal Pools require the caregivers at the poolside, actively supervising your group members.
- Thermal Pool staff are here to assist you and ensure a pleasant visit. Please do not hesitate to ask for information and please respect their requests.

All of the facilities at the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa are available for your group to access.
These include:
- A 25m Freshwater lap pool – 28ºC
- A Freshwater activity pool – 28-29ºC
- Four Rock Pools - 33ºC to 36ºC
- Two “Rainbow” pools - 36ºC to 37ºC
- Three Hexagonal pools - 38ºC to 40ºC
- Three Sulphur pools - 40ºC to 42ºC
- Four water rides – 28-29ºC
- 5 Cascade Pools - 38ºC to 40ºC consisting of one Sulphur pool and 4 cascade pools
- Changing facilities also include showers, hair dryers and tog spinners

- For the discount rate to apply payment for your group is to be made as one payment.
- The entry includes all outdoor thermal pools and waterslides
- Any persons not entering with the group will be required to pay a full admission fee
- Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa does not provide refunds in the event of adverse weather or power cuts where the complex may be temporarily closed for safety reasons.
- Please note all bookings must be confirmed a minimum of 5 working days from the date of activity, and final numbers of persons attending must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the booking.
