The ritual begins in our sauna room. This calming sauna space surrounds you with dry heat, natural timber and quiet stillness. The body opens slowly as temperature rises and tension begins to release.
Our steam room is quiet, aromatic and enveloping, creating the perfect transition from heat into calm. Breath deepens without effort, airways open and skin drinks in the humidity.
Inspired by the alpine environment that surrounds us, our immersive snow room transforms the ritual. Powder-like snow falls gently from above as the refreshing cold awakens the senses, stimulates circulation and leaves you feeling energised, renewed and remarkably present.
In our warm geothermal water, the body settles into stillness. Sink into one of our private mineral-rich geothermal pools. Complimentary refreshments are included. Please note: the geothermal private pool with refreshments is only included in the full 75 minute experience for a min 2 people.
