Entire Complex Closure
On Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th of May, the entire complex will be closed to the public. This also includes The Spa, Information Centre and Tea Kiosk Café & Grill. The Spa and our Lap Pool will also be closed on Monday 13th May.
The reason for this closure is that we need to replace our bore pump. This is the pump that is currently drawing water from approximately 90 metres underground and sending thermal water up to the surface, and into our pools.
It is an essential piece of equipment, and being so far underground and needing full replacement alongside work on the pipes, it is a project that takes some time.
The new bore pump will ensure we continue to have a secure and efficient thermal water source.
AquaTherapy Pool Closure
From Monday 29 April, our AquaTherapy pools will be closed for approximately 4 weeks for re-surfacing.
The construction may create some noise and dust during this time.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Opening Hours
We're open seven days a week, with the exception of Christmas day.
Our current hours for Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools are:
- 10am - 7pm daily, including weekends and school holidays.
The Tea Kiosk Cafe and Grill:
- 10am - 6pm pm daily, including weekends and school holidays.
The Spa operating hours:
- Monday - Sunday: 10am - 6pm.
The Hanmer Springs Information & Gift Shop operating hours are:
- Monday - Sunday: 10am - 6pm.
