AA Membership Benefits

AA members and their guests are entitled to 20% off any single entry ticket to the pools*.

AA Membership card must be presented on arrival at the complex to claim your discount.

Please visit the AA website for information on how to purchase online.

Discounts or refunds will not be applied after the transactions have been processed.

COVID-19 Alert levels:

Please note AA member discount does not apply on weekends at COVID-19 alert level 2. If you are intending to book online during COVID Level 2 on the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa website, please note that bookings are available in allocated time slots for the weekends only to adhere to the government regulations. Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa’s booking system is subject to change at any time.

*Available to current AA Members and their guests when a valid AA Membership card is presented and when tickets are purchased at the same time only. Excludes 2 day passes, return passes, private pools, spa treatments, lockers, and café purchases. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
