Covid-19 Level 2
As we are now in Government Level 2 restrictions, we are required to limit our capacity. We are expecting to be busy over weekends and have put a booking system in place for some dates were we see we may reach the quota allowed.
The average time spent in our pools is between 2-3 hours. Knowing this we have set up 3 booking times to allow for as many people as possible under the guidelines set, to enjoy the thermal pools.
Bookings are essential over these days. Entry must be purchased online and is only valid for the date & time stated. Pre- purchased entry tickets will not be accepted over the booking system dates as we need to manage the capacity throughout the complex.
This is on a first in first served basis and we do apologise if you do miss out on your desired time. We are looking forward to being able to welcome more people as soon as restrictions are eased.
PoolsPlus customers can use their discount code as per usual - just put the code into the 'promo box' at check out.
We are not able to offer the 50% resident and ratepayer discounts where we are operating a booking system, or honour any complimentary passes that might be in circulation, unless we do not sell out in a timeslot.

Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to time booked to be fully refunded.
